As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for our customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Answer customer requests or inquiries concerning services and products, and report problem areas Utilize various systems and tools to initiate, assist, and service customers Continually maintain working knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, and promotions Make recommendations according to customer needs Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services Handle inquiries from customers related to billing, rate plans, features, and services, network, coverage, handsets & devices, accessories, repair & troubleshooting, credits & adjustments, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements Provide support for products and services offered by arenaflex, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, and initial set-up and configuration of arenaflex-provided software & applications Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours Advanced typing/keyboarding skills Ability to complete all required training in a virtual environment, including knowledge checks and security awareness training Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: At least one year of customer service experience Call center experience Advanced typing/keyboarding skills Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need: Verified internet service with upload/download ability An established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) A quiet and distraction-free workspace that meets arenaflex's WFH standards Ability to participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, and live webcam monitoring Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
