After completing your training, you'll be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT. **Compensation and Benefits** As a Work From Home Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * Paid training * Hourly base rate paid weekly * Eligibility for quarterly incentives * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan with company match * Employee stock purchase program * Travel discounts and more **Responsibilities** As a Work From Home Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling incoming contacts for a variety of blithequark brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels, including voice, email, and chat * Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests * Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue * Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management * Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution and open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent * No related work experience * No supervisory experience * No license or certification required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Previous customer service experience * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Familiarity with blithequark's brands and services **Work Environment and Equipment** As a Work From Home Representative, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment that's conducive to performing your assigned work.
