Your key responsibilities will include: * Utilizing computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the check-in process * Assisting customers with baggage registration, handling, and other travel-related issues * Providing gate services, including boarding, deplaning, and handling customer inquiries * Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and security in all aspects of your work * Working a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays * Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management through various channels, including phone, email, and chat **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: * A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform other physical tasks as required * Authorization to work in the United States (or country of application) * Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * A bachelor's degree or higher * Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of the airline industry or customer service experience in a related field * Proficiency in multiple languages **What We Offer** At Blithequark, we are committed to the well-being and success of our employees.
