Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. This role offers a flexible work schedule, with full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week, and the opportunity to learn more about health care while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions and resolving issues related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that members have a positive experience and are empowered to make informed decisions about their health care Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experiences, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity in all interactions Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications High School Diploma or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of health care experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
