Utilize computer systems and software to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. An understanding of excellent customer care concepts, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Good communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Schedule and Location We currently have full-time shifts available, including: Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from your own home.
