Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at Arsenault, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Actively listen to customers, leveraging probing question skills to understand their needs and preferences Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, reducing churn and promoting customer retention Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive and engaging experience for customers Collaborate with peers and leaders to share best practices, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement Essential Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving revenue growth Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process customer information and transactions What We Offer At Arsenault, we are committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr An 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST) All technical equipment needed to be successful in a remote work environment Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid training and PTO Advancement opportunities: 80% of our frontline leaders have been promoted from within Additional pay incentives, as well as monthly rewards and recognition programs Employee discounts EAP and Health and Wellness programs, including a personal trainer dedicated to Arsenault Work Environment and Company Culture At Arsenault, we pride ourselves on a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and growth. Requirements to Work from Home A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!)
