Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Texas. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends required. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Analyze payment history and notes to determine the best course of action for each account Communicate account statuses to customers and provide updates on any changes or developments Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns Utilize leading technologies and systems to manage accounts and track customer interactions What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
