About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional service to auto insurance customers. This is a fully remote position, with all onboarding and training conducted virtually. We provide top-notch equipment, including a desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset, to ensure that you have everything you need to succeed in this role. The starting wage is $20.50 per hour, and we offer a range of benefits from day one, as well as promotional opportunities within six months, based on performance. Key Responsibilities Establish fair market values of vehicles to assist insurers in claim settlements, utilizing your analytical and mathematical skills to make informed decisions. Update vehicle information and determine the availability and pricing of new or used vehicles, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Make outbound calls (non-sales related) to automobile dealerships and adjusters, building and maintaining strong relationships with these key stakeholders. Maintain and foster relationships with dealers and claim adjusters, providing exceptional customer service and support. Conduct supplemental research as requested, utilizing your strong research and analytical skills to provide valuable insights and information. Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other metric standards, ensuring that you are meeting the high expectations of our team and our customers. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: No prior insurance or automotive experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed. High school diploma; some college education is preferred, but not essential. Three years of prior customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service and support to customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work independently, with a quiet and professional home work environment free of distractions. High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem - non-cellular - with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload), ensuring that you can stay connected and work efficiently.
