They are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help scale their go-to-market motion, focusing on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation while collaborating closely with sales leadership. Responsibilities Execute outbound prospecting efforts, primarily through cold email and written outreach Research and engage prospective customers with thoughtful, tailored messaging Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems Collaborate with sales and marketing partners to refine messaging and targeting Contribute to improving processes, playbooks, and outbound strategy as the team grows Skills Interest in sales and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally Familiarity with startups, venture-backed businesses, or high-growth environments Strong written communication skills and attention to detail High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or venture-backed companies is a plus but not required Open to recent graduates and early-career candidates Benefits Equity Meaningful equity upside Company Overview talentpluto is the AI-native platform connecting elite GTM professionals with high-growth startups.
