Your responsibilities will include: * Promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients * Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets * Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner * Communicating with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that may affect the customer * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities.
