Job Overview We're on the hunt for talented individuals who excel in customer service interactions. As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing expert advice and support to our customers across various aspects of our website and curriculum. Your primary channels of communication will include phone, live chat, email, and social media, where you'll engage with parents and customers to resolve their queries and concerns. We're looking for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, empathetic, and patient, with the ability to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
