This is a full-time, work-from-home position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet our customers' needs. Provide product information and assistance to customers, staying up-to-date with our products and services to ensure that you can provide accurate and helpful information. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and with attention to detail. Maintain customer records and update information as needed, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met, working closely with our teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Identify and escalate priority issues to management, using your judgment to determine when issues require escalation and ensuring that they are handled promptly and effectively. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets, striving for excellence in everything you do and continuously looking for ways to improve our customer service. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. A resilient and independent personality, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage your time and priorities with ease. Strong leadership and adaptability skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues and to find solutions to complex problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. A high school diploma or equivalent required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues who are located remotely.
