Job Overview The Online Chat Support Specialist will play a vital role in our HR team, providing support to call center employees, facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for call center employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
