Experienced Customer Service Submission Specialist – Firearms Industry Support and Registration Process Expert

About the Role In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting customers over the phone, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer paperwork prior to submission. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing a seamless experience and resolving documentation issues with a high degree of attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times, validating and reviewing paperwork using screen-sharing software Submit accurate paperwork for further review, ensuring all records are current and accurate Identify and resolve document issues by validating information, determining the root cause of problems, and providing appropriate solutions Efficiently manage multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously, maintaining a dependable schedule for customer appointments Provide exceptional customer service, remaining calm and professional in all interactions, and contributing to team efforts by achieving related results as needed Essential Qualifications 1 year of customer service or customer support experience required 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors Quick learner, able to work independently, and type 35 words per minute accurately Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional, with a demonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service consistently Preferred Qualifications Previous remote work from home experience a plus Proficiency with screen-sharing software and general office technology Flexibility to cross-train as requested, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Effective time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work independently in a remote work environment, with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Ability to navigate online efficiently, with proficiency in using company and client resources to accurately handle customer inquiries Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
