You'll be responsible for overseeing and preparing Customer Service Representatives, Activity Specialists, and Skycaps at our station, while maintaining a focus on safety, security, and compliance. This is a part-time remote opportunity that requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Effectively coordinate with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, employee satisfaction, and customer loyalty. * Answer and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely and professional manner. * Manage daily airport operations to create a safe, secure, and compliant service-conscious environment. * Meet or exceed performance objectives through effective decision-making, allocating and following up on specialists for training consistency. * Coordinate effectively with all offices to maintain the station's on-time performance, report notices to leaders and employees regularly. * Drive performance processes by gauging functional circumstances that might impact the operation, checking and achieving results against key metrics, and holding individuals accountable for results. * Work with staff to build offers that align with division's hourly objectives. * Perform managerial duties daily, including shift scheduling, closing offers, daily work tasks, daily finance, and participation reports, checking staffing in all areas and confirming that overtime is used appropriately. * Ensure proper organization of work agreements or arrangements, emphasizing minimal work questions. * May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, customer service). * Proven experience in customer service, supervision, or management, preferably in the airline or travel industry. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. * Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with airline operations, customer service, or a related field. * Knowledge of relevant collective bargaining agreements and their applications. * Familiarity with business and management principles, including key performance indicators, resource allocation, human resource management, leadership strategy, production techniques, and coordination of individuals and resources. * Proficiency in using reasoning and critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. * Ability to move between multiple tasks or sources of information (e.g., speech, sounds, contact, or other sources). * Capacity to apply general principles to specific issues to create solutions that seem reasonable. * Ability to recognize and address performance and safety concerns as soon as possible. * Capacity to ensure all equipment is maintained and available for the job. **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour. * Part-time remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Access to exclusive employee discounts and perks. **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
