Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Success Team Member to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a Full-Time Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving customer success, managing our existing customer base, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers via phone or email to discuss current and new orders, providing timely and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction Create, edit, and manage sales orders, quotes, and invoices with precision and attention to detail Conduct research on apparel products and promotional items using our Sage database to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and offerings Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their orders Manage and grow our existing customer base of over 100 schools, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving customer success and satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to better understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and solutions Create and manage UPS shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products Represent arenaflex at conferences and events in the spring and fall, promoting our brand and building relationships with potential clients Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the apparel or promotional products industry Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in using CRM software, Sage database, and other relevant tools and technologies Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing company with a strong focus on customer success Knowledge of the apparel and promotional products industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs Certifications or training in customer success, account management, or a related field Proficiency in additional languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases Skills and Competencies Customer-centric mindset : a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction Communication skills : excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners Problem-solving skills : ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions to drive customer success Time management skills : ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaboration and teamwork : ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and mutual support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
