About the Role As a Customer Success Architect at blithequark, you will embody a unique blend of technical advisor, solutions engineer, and strategic partner. You will be an integral part of a tight-knit team dedicated to ensuring the successful onboarding, operationalization, and scaling of blithequark deployments for our customers. Your role will involve translating complex customer goals into tailored architectures, automations, and data pipelines that deliver tangible value. Whether you're designing one-off solutions, leading enablement sessions, or acting as a technical lead during enterprise rollouts, your primary objective will be to facilitate customer success and foster a deep appreciation for our platform. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and deploy blithequark-based solutions for security, observability, and IT use cases, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and blithequark's capabilities. Lead onboarding and implementation engagements, focusing on timely delivery and comprehensive knowledge transfer to ensure customer self-sufficiency and satisfaction. Develop detailed architecture diagrams, automation workflows, and configuration plans that address customer needs and leverage blithequark's full potential. Design and develop reusable solutions, integrations, and content packs aimed at accelerating customer adoption and enhancing the overall user experience. Serve as a technical advocate during escalations, professional services engagements, and proof-of-value exercises, providing expert guidance and support. Deliver compelling demos and training sessions tailored to both technical and executive stakeholders, highlighting blithequark's value proposition and capabilities. Offer mentorship and guidance on blithequark's platform, query language, and best practices, ensuring customers can maximize their investment and achieve their goals. Engage closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to integrate customer feedback into roadmap planning and ensure that blithequark's offerings continue to meet evolving customer needs. Essential Qualifications To excel as a Customer Success Architect at blithequark, you should possess: A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or professional services, with a proven track record of success. A strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, log analytics, infrastructure observability, or SIEM platforms, with the ability to dive deep into technical details. Experience in managing Linux servers in production environments, including scripting and automation. Familiarity with blithequark or other SIEM/data platforms (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, Sentinel, QRadar), with a willingness to quickly adapt to blithequark's technology stack. Hands-on experience with Linux and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), as well as familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated logging pipelines. Demonstrated ability to design and document technical solutions that map to customer goals, with exceptional communication skills to explain complex concepts to both engineers and executives. A passion for customer success and problem-solving, with a collaborative mindset that treats success as a team effort. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Familiarity with detection engineering, alert schemas, automation tools, or OCSF, which can enhance your ability to design comprehensive solutions. Experience with the Go programming language or any other compiled systems language, which can be beneficial for deeper technical engagements. Previous consulting or professional services experience in a startup or high-growth environment, which can prepare you for the fast-paced and dynamic nature of blithequark. Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, or GIAC, which demonstrate your expertise and commitment to ongoing learning in the field.
