As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Role Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our remote team on a part-time weekend evening shift. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat.
