Job Overview The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for blithequark customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, the successful candidate will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. As an independent worker, the Customer Success Associate will be expected to work effectively in a remote setting, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand.
