Key Responsibilities Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support. Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive business growth. Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers' needs, while also being mindful of the business's bottom line and making decisions that balance these priorities. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that the needs of the customers are being met and that we are continuously improving our services. Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers and contributing to the team's success. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers. Access to a consistently stable internet connection, allowing you to work remotely and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success. On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business, ensuring that we are continuously improving our services and driving business growth. A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brand, customers, and product, with a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture. Knowledge of the customer service industry, with a understanding of best practices and trends.
