Job Summary The remote data entry specialist will be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting records to ensure that our pharmacy adjudication system's eligibility records match our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions of the company, discovering and resolving mistakes from numerous reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, record monitoring and tracking, and collaborating with multiple internal and external regions to create effective solutions to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities Study and analyze records to identify discrepancies and errors Resolve problems and correct records to ensure accuracy and integrity Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions of the company Discover and resolve mistakes from numerous reports Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure consistency and accuracy Monitor and track records to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues Collaborate with multiple internal and external regions to create effective solutions to resolve issues Essential Qualifications Experience in records analysis and study Healthcare industry experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills 1-2 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry expertise Education High School Diploma or equivalent Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
