Role Summary As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that their experience with our brand is nothing short of exceptional. You will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. Key Responsibilities Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported. Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive business growth. Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, ensuring that solutions are customer-centric and commercially viable. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that the needs of the customers are being met, and that our products and services are continuously improved. Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers and contributing to the team's overall performance. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Access to a consistently stable internet connection, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and drive business outcomes. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of the customer and the business. A passion for and understanding of the blithequark brand, customers, and products, with a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture. Knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments. Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to navigate complex systems and analyze data.
