Job Overview: Customer Success Associate We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team and play a critical role in managing and growing our clients' digital presence. As a Customer Success Associate, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison and day-to-day contact for our executive clients, providing exceptional customer service, strategic guidance, and technical support to ensure their success on our platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding of new accounts, coordinating customer meetings, and aligning with clients through Content Strategy Workshops and Strategic Business Reviews.
