Job Overview As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to create a seamless experience for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and guiding them through their shopping journey. This is a part-time, remote position, working on Friday to Sunday from 2 pm to 10 pm EST. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position after three months, subject to performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly, relatable, and professional manner. Achieve a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Access to a consistently stable internet connection, as this role is remote and requires reliable connectivity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to meet business and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and come up with solutions that meet both the customer's and the business's needs.
