Your Role as a Customer Success Associate As a member of our Borrower Success Team, you will play a critical role in helping student loan borrowers navigate arenaflex's tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. This remote, full-time, contractor role is available for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs. Key Responsibilities Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs, including federal loan programs and repayment strategies Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat to provide exceptional support and guidance Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations that can help scale the team and improve borrower outcomes Bringing user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings that meet the evolving needs of our borrowers Collaborating with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission, including metrics such as borrower engagement, retention, and satisfaction Recommended Experience and Qualifications We are seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience in customer support, finance, government programs, or a related field. Experience with start-ups, financial aid, or fintech is a plus. You should be passionate about applying your talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major social issue of our time.
