Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and resolving complex issues, automating repetitive processes, and collaborating with business and support teams to drive customer success. **Key Responsibilities** * Work directly with some of our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex technical problems * Collaborate with pre-sales teams to onboard large-scale customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless adoption of our Amazon Redshift Service * Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, leveraging your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions * Work closely with business and support teams to prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps, and drive customer success * Develop a deep understanding of our systems architecture, customer use-cases, and configurations, enabling you to provide expert guidance and support to our customers * Help prioritize features and contribute to the development of our product roadmap, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers * Demonstrate a passion for digging deep and a flair for sharp technical communication, prioritization, and organization **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in technical support, account management, or a related field * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on resolving complex technical issues and driving customer success * In-depth knowledge of Amazon Redshift Service, including its architecture, features, and best practices * Strong technical skills, with expertise in data analytics, cloud computing, and related technologies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues * Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFormation, or similar **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large-scale customers, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges * Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Certification in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a related technology * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI * Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent technical skills, with expertise in data analytics, cloud computing, and related technologies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues * Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFormation, or similar * Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and expertise.
