We're committed to ensuring that our technology is available and accessible to everyone. **The Role** As our new Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and owning the execution of premium vendor partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the seamless onboarding process. You'll work closely with our account executives, internal teams, and vendors to deliver exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing and owning the execution of premium vendor partnerships, with direct responsibility for revenue generated from each deal * Supporting account executives during the negotiation stage and taking ownership of the relationship once commercial agreements have been signed * Preparing and leading trainings for new partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process * Spending 1-2 days on site with vendors as they launch our blithequark AI proposition and ensuring their team is fully equipped to integrate the product in their daily operations * Upselling new propositions and agreeing contract renewals with existing portfolio partners * Liaising between partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to partner needs * Sharing vendor learnings and feedback with the product and marketing team to drive activities towards acquisition and engagement **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with: * 2-4 years of experience in an externally-facing project management role * A strong work ethic with a motivation to always improve and grow for yourself and the team * A can-do attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done * Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders * Strong attention to detail, with high standards and a proactive approach to problem-solving * Fluency in German (written and spoken) * A team-first mentality and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments **What We Offer** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Collaborative team culture with regular social events and team-building activities * Flexible working hours and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and innovative products * A chance to make a real impact in the food industry and contribute to our mission to create a sustainable food system **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
