Your responsibilities will include: * **Drive Customer Success**: Forge strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring their needs are understood, and their goals are met with our solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation process and beyond. * **Revenue Generation**: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Proactively address any concerns or issues to maintain client satisfaction and secure renewals. * **Full Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of our healthcare solutions. Take ownership of customer satisfaction and retention metrics. * **Product Expertise**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our healthcare technology offerings.
