You'll work closely with our customers to understand their goals, challenges, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success. Your insights and knowledge will be invaluable in helping us grow and scale with our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the main point of contact for customers, acting as a shepherd to resolve requests and ensure outcomes. * Proactively connect with customers to provide updates, recommendations for best practices, and success insights. * Partner cross-departmentally to advocate for customer requests and issues. * Communicate opportunities to expand arenaflex's relationship with existing customers by identifying unit expansion and product attachments. * Partner on the renewal process with customers to propose solutions that meet their needs for defined milestones. **Day-to-Day** As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Managing a book of business of medium to large-scale customers * Building trust and developing customer relationships * Communicating value, leveraging data, and influencing decision-making * Identifying customer difficulties, applying knowledge of the product and industry, and communicating solutions with kindness * Balancing multiple customer relationships and priorities **30/60/90 Day Expectations** * 30 Days: Complete onboarding, begin shadowing with fellow CSMs, and learn the product * 60 Days: Have working knowledge of the product, begin performing product demos/calls, and continue to shadow with the team * 90 Days: Be ready to take on customers and be assigned a book of business to nurture **Why You'll Love It Here** * Join a category-creating company with enthusiastic customers, an ambitious roadmap, and industry-leading products * Be part of a great team with solid infrastructure in place * Enjoy competitive cash and equity compensation * Benefit from medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees * Enjoy flexible time off and paid holidays * Take advantage of parental leave program and 401k with a match program * Learn and grow with our learning and development assistance **Essential Qualifications** * Prior Customer Success Management experience working in SaaS with customers as they grow * Experience managing a book of business of medium to large-scale customers * Experience building trust and developing customer relationships * Ability to communicate value, leverage data, and influence decision-making * Excellent listener with the ability to identify customer difficulties, apply knowledge of the product and industry, and communicate solutions with kindness * Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple customer relationships and priorities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the multifamily industry * Knowledge of SaaS platforms and customer success strategies * Experience with product demos and sales enablement * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
