About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Support customers through a variety of channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and more, to resolve complex customer problems and improve their overall experience. Proactively seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, peers, and other departments, to resolve customer issues and provide best-in-class customer service. Perform moderately complex research to resolve customer problems, including communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues. Escalate non-routine questions and issues to management and provide recommendations for improvement. Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on complex financial products and services. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on complex financial products and services. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer success and customer experience. Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and processes.
