Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Support Account Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Business Backing Tasks group, you will play a vital role in partnering with our Customer Support Account Managers (CSAMs) to drive record management and process improvement initiatives. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that offers the flexibility and autonomy to work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Partner with CSAMs to drive record management and process improvement initiatives, with a focus on performance and execution Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Request Execution, Logistics, Account Receivable, and Customer Support Account Managers to ensure seamless execution, delivery, and payment of products Present key insights, metrics, and performance plans to management and partners, leveraging data and analysis to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CSAMs, Channel affiliate partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results Attend regular calls and record reviews with affiliate partners to ensure open communication and issue resolution Manage the execution of the Order Stream Cycle with affiliate partners, from order booking through delivery, to ensure optimal customer service levels are achieved Own post-bill, backend business health metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive business growth Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Operations/Supply Chain 1-3 years of experience in operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of the order cycle and execution process Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with the ability to generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to adapt to changing business requirements Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean or Six Sigma Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strategic thinking : Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business outcomes and results Collaboration and teamwork : Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including CSAMs, affiliate partners, and internal teams Communication and presentation : Ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to various audiences Problem-solving and analysis : Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions Adaptability and flexibility : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to adapt to changing business requirements Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
