As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with our Customer Support Account Managers (CSAMs) to drive business growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on managing the order lifecycle, from booking to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely issue resolution. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Execution, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Support Account Managers, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Partner with CSAMs to drive business growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction Manage the order lifecycle, from booking to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely issue resolution Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Execution, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Support Account Managers Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CSAMs, Channel partners, and internal teams Attend regular calls and account reviews with Channel partners Own post-bill, backend business health metrics and KPIs Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within Channel Operations Provide key insights, metrics, and performance plans to Management and partners Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements.
