Job Overview The Customer Support Account Representative role at blithequark is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with our Customer Support Account Managers (CSAMs) to drive business growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on managing the order lifecycle, from booking to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely issue resolution. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Execution, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Support Account Managers, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Partner with CSAMs to drive business growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction Manage the order lifecycle, from booking to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely issue resolution Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Execution, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Support Account Managers Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CSAMs, Channel partners, and internal teams Attend regular calls and account reviews with Channel partners Own post-bill, backend business health metrics and KPIs Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within Channel Operations Provide key insights, metrics, and performance plans to Management and partners Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. These include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with the ability to generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess: Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with the ability to generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
