Your key responsibilities will include: Managing customer interactions via phone, email, text, and chat to provide timely and effective support Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach to ensure they understand their policies and options Assisting third parties with policy documentation and changes to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Ensuring customer needs are addressed in the first interaction to exceed expectations and build strong relationships Reporting directly to the Customer Support Team Lead to ensure alignment and cohesion within the team Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Property & Casualty insurance license and at least 1 year of customer service experience in the insurance industry Previous call center experience, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer support Empathetic towards customer needs, with a strong ability to understand and address their concerns Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to change and a willingness to learn and grow Availability to work from 9:30 am to 6 pm MST, with flexibility to adjust to changing business needs Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly preferred: Experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and policies Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks, with a strong focus on organization and time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Familiarity with various insurance company systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Communication skills : The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and third parties Problem-solving skills : The ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues and improve processes Adaptability : The ability to adapt to changing business needs, technologies, and customer requirements Empathy : The ability to understand and address customer needs, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Technical skills : The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, including insurance company systems and software applications Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
