Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and concerns via email and our support portal, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. You will collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to support pilots and existing customers, while also working closely with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to learn new systems quickly, and strong communication skills will be essential in providing top-notch support to our customers and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our support portal, providing timely and effective resolutions. Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless support for pilots and existing customers. Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions, driving resolution and continuous improvement. Utilize Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information, ensuring efficient and organized workflows. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, providing expert guidance and support to customers. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources to enhance customer self-service capabilities. Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
