Our vision is to create a platform that makes it easy for manufacturers to reduce costs, increase visibility, and drive efficiency – and we need your help to make it happen. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to directly support our customers and escalate issues as necessary. You'll be responsible for organizing and escalating issues to the engineering team, helping answer product questions, and educating our customer base. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal * Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported * Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions * Use Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our platform * Develop and maintain knowledge of our platform and its features to provide accurate and helpful support to customers **Preferred Experience** * Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information * Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and processes * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Hubspot, and other customer support tools **Why Join arenaflex?** * **Be part of a fast-growing startup**: arenaflex is a Series A funded startup that's changing the game in the manufacturing industry.
