You'll work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal * Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported * Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions * Use Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Preferred Experience** * Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information * Experience working in a customer service role * Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Why Join arenaflex?** * **Critical Role**: As a Series A funded startup, every team member is critical to our success.
