Our vision is massive, and we're looking for individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, working closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to resolve issues, and escalating problems as necessary. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via email, phone, and our Hubspot support portal, and providing solutions to their queries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. * Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. * Use Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information, staying organized and up-to-date on customer interactions and issues. * Collaborate with the customer success team to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth. **Preferred Experience** * Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information. * Experience working in a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support. * Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. **Why Join arenaflex?** * arenaflex is a Series A funded startup, which means every team member is critical to our success. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills. * You are easily stressed or not used to fast-paced work. This role is fast-paced and requires a high level of energy and motivation. * You prefer to be a siloed worker. This role requires collaboration and teamwork. * You're not a hands-on individual or motivated to get stuff done quickly.
