Job Overview As a Customer Support Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting arenaflex cardmembers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, learning about their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex SBS products Convey elevated levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex Small Business Services Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a high-speed, organized client care environment Report essential account data according to established policies and procedures Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules associated with servicing and sales practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Customer care experience (two years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (two years+) Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
