With a strong presence in the United States, we are rapidly expanding our services to cater to operators across the world, including those in the APAC region. **Join Our Team** As a Customer Support Representative – APAC Region, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our customers, processing support tickets, and providing timely resolutions to their queries. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills, learn about the tech industry, and contribute to the success of blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** During your first three months, you will: * Learn about FL3XX as a software, its features, and how to troubleshoot user issues * Familiarize yourself with blithequark's culture, processes, and team dynamics * Process support tickets, which will be your first exposure to serving customers at blithequark * Participate in a support rotation, covering weekends, holidays, and occasional late nights or early mornings as needed * Learn how to document and reproduce user issues, and funnel them into our development process In the next five months (months 4-8), you will: * Continue growing as a Support agent, including occasional live video calls to document urgent issues * Begin taking sole ownership of accounts, building relationships with customers, and ensuring their problems are resolved * Increase adoption of FL3XX's offerings and provide recommendations for improvement After nine months, you will: * Continue to assist the Support desk with a higher level of autonomy * Work towards a project of personal interest, such as implementing AI-powered workflows and chatbots, or creating compiled recommendation reports for the Product team based on user experience **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Experience in business aviation (sales, flight coordination, passenger services, crew) or a passion for aviation and the confidence to learn * A track record of comfortability around new technologies and the ability to learn new software quickly (start-up experience is a plus) * Experience in Software support desk or SaaS support * Ability to approach customer issues in a structured and calculated manner * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Self-confidence, willingness to make mistakes, and approach new challenges with strength and flexibility * Excellent multitasking and project management skills * Well-organized with the ability to prioritize * Based in Australia **Benefits** As a Customer Support Representative – APAC Region at blithequark, you will enjoy: * The ability to work remotely from anywhere in the world, as long as you commit to covering North American hours * Opportunities to grow quickly in the tech space and make a difference in our Support team * The chance to pursue projects of personal interest, realize your own ideas, and build a portfolio of project outcomes * A diverse international team living across the globe **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we value our employees' growth and development.
