Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. At least 1-year experience in customer service or technical support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Customer-centric mindset with a great deal of patience, empathy, and understanding. Ability to analyze complex technical information, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
