About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the critical touchpoint between our company and our valued shops. You will deliver effective relationship-based customer service, tackling challenges that spark your intellect, fuel your passion, and drive your professional growth. Your ability to form trusted bonds, listen attentively, and respond to shop inquiries will be essential in building lasting relationships with our shop base. This role is not your typical support role; it requires creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to design innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of our shops. Key Responsibilities Learn all about the blithequark product suite and automotive industry to provide expert support to our shops Use a relationship-based approach to deliver best-in-class service to our shops, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Thoroughly and efficiently gather shop information, access and fulfill shop needs, educate shops where applicable, and document interactions through contact tracking Respond to shop complaints and service-related inquiries professionally and compassionately, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution Collaborate with the Customer Support Management team to successfully address escalated shop concerns and develop innovative solutions Effectively manage workload, maintain assigned schedule, and attendance standards, ensuring seamless support to our shops Professionally handle incoming requests from shops, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly Utilize tools and resources to make informed recommendations to shops, driving process improvements and enhancing the overall shop experience Maintain a balance between company policy and shop benefit in decision-making, ensuring win-win solutions Analyze and report trends from shop feedback, identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving positive change Ensure all business-related items are successfully and professionally communicated, both internally and externally, to maintain transparency and trust Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: 1-3 years of customer support experience in a high-volume call center environment, supporting clients by phone, email, and chat A clear, professional, friendly, and informative communication style, with the ability to adapt to different shop needs and preferences A passion for creative problem-solving and experiencing new and different challenges every day, with a willingness to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions Self-directed learning and high motivation, with a desire to continuously improve and develop your skills and knowledge The ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative startup environment, with comfort in ambiguity and a willingness to seize opportunities Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and evolving customer needs Nice-to-Haves While not essential, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Experience in hospitality, automotive industry, call center, or fast-paced startup, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these environments Able to take direction from peers and managers, with a willingness to learn from others and contribute to a collaborative team environment The ability to speak Spanish, with the potential to support a diverse range of shops and customers A genuine appreciation for cars and/or familiarity with the automotive industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional support to our shop base What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team members.
