Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions Offer solutions and alternatives to clients to help them better understand their coverage and options Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations and resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.
