As the first full-time customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our support team and contribute to the growth of our company. With a limited number of support requests per day, you'll have ample time to learn our system, get familiar with our product, and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Learning our software product and providing exceptional support to customers through various channels (email, chat, phone, etc.) * Collaborating with our team to develop and maintain comprehensive help center documentation that's easy to understand and navigate * Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter to help us improve our platform * Providing proactive support to customers, anticipating and resolving their concerns before they escalate * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features to ensure you're always equipped to provide the best possible support **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in native-like English, as you'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English * Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (preferably with experience in this space) * Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its role in website setup, including CNAME and CAA DNS records * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage: * Experience working with online course platforms, software products, or web hosting services * Knowledge of DNS setup and configuration, including CNAME and CAA DNS records * Familiarity with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk * Experience working in a remote or freelance capacity, with a flexible schedule and ability to work independently **Job Perks and Conditions** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive monthly salary of $300 USD, negotiable based on experience * Full-time freelance position, with the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule * Opportunity to work in your own timezone, without the need to adapt to our European CET timezone * Flexible schedule, with the ability to work 8 hours a day and take breaks as needed * 20 days of leave per year, with the option to take additional time off with prior approval * Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge online course platform, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction * Collaborative and supportive work environment, with a team that's passionate about education and customer success **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for education and technology, we'd love to hear from you.
