Key Responsibilities Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborate with technicians to facilitate order closeouts and resolve any outstanding issues. Handle internal escalations, ensuring that orders are accepted and rolled on in a timely manner. Update information through data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Run reports and update trackers as needed, providing valuable insights to support business decision-making. Respond to inbound and outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred). We require a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, and you'll need to live within 45 minutes to 1 hour of Green Bay, WI.
