Job Overview We are looking for two talented customer support representatives to work together as a team, providing 7-day coverage to our customers. The ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and a strong capacity for independent work. As a customer support representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, working closely with our overseas admin team, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
