Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care via telephone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, offering personalized support and guidance. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Superb interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions. While previous customer care experience is an advantage, it is not required.
