As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's daily operations by maintaining and updating its database with accuracy and efficiency. Job Summary Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Salary: $18-$22 per hour Working Hours: If part-time, less than 4 hours per day Location: Only State Location (Remote work available) Benefits: Comprehensive Health Insurance, Dental and Vision Plans, Paid Training Programs, Paid Vacations and Holidays, 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match, Employee Travel Discounts, and Wellness Programs Key Responsibilities Inputting customer and account data from various sources into the company's database with high accuracy and attention to detail. Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness to ensure that all information is up-to-date and reliable. Updating existing data with any changes or corrections to maintain the integrity of the database. Organizing and maintaining data records in a systematic and efficient manner. Generating reports and performing data analysis as required to support business decision-making. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all data to maintain customer trust and comply with regulatory requirements. Communicating effectively with other team members and departments to address any discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Educational Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus. Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred. Experience working in an office environment or remotely is beneficial. Skills and Competencies Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
