Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely information to customers using documentation and a variety of digital tools and communication channels Answer technical questions about multiple platforms, including web and mobile apps, using email, chat, and calls Become an expert in our clients' products and customers by attending trainings, researching, and reviewing documentation Work to meet and exceed productivity and quality goals, sharing suggestions for customer experience improvements with your team and client Represent blithequark in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that our clients and their customers receive exceptional support What We Look For To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a service-oriented professional with a drive to provide an amazing experience to customers. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus. You'll need to be able to troubleshoot independently, quickly learn new software tools, and be an organized communicator who delivers quick and precise responses.
