Job Overview This is a full-time role that offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (EST), and will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls. You will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience with our company. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet our customers' needs Provide detailed product information to customers, helping them to make informed purchasing decisions Assist customers with order tracking and status updates, ensuring that they are kept informed throughout the delivery process Document customer interactions in our CRM system, helping us to improve our customer service and tailor our offerings to meet our customers' needs Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, working together to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, using feedback and metrics to continually improve our customer service and support Stay updated on company policies and product offerings, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers Benefits and Compensation At blithequark, we offer a range of benefits and compensation that reflect our commitment to our employees' well-being and success.
