Job Overview We are excited to announce an opportunity for two customer support representatives to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3-4 days a week. As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective support. You will work closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless management of listings and support tickets Work independently to manage your workload, taking responsibility for your tasks and ensuring timely completion Communicate effectively with your teammate to ensure 7-day coverage, including weekends (Sundays mornings only) Utilize modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer interactions and resolve issues Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Essential Qualifications Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for your work and meeting deadlines Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends (2 weekends per month) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively Basic computer skills and familiarity with remote work tools and technologies Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service Familiarity with modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues Basic knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a desire to learn and grow with the company Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
